The challenge

We have guided a brand from its birth to its full expression, following the exponential growth path of its e-commerce platform. Hiro's platform has been continuously updated, moving in just three years from PrestaShop to all Shopify plans and finally to Shopify Plus, a necessary step given the significant sales volumes.

Ours is a complete management approach, ranging from planning commercial strategies to support in defining email marketing strategies, up to performance marketing activities aimed at increasing sales.
